Shipping policy

 

We begin processing your order as soon as it is received and will do our best to get it out the door the same day. However, we are human and the shipping pickup/drop off services are not available on weekends so sometimes shipments will not go out until the next business day. 

All orders are shipped from Ancramdale, NY 12503.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• UPS Ground, which takes 1 to 5 business days* 
• UPS Next Day Air, which is the express/overnight* option but as mentioned above it may not go out until the next business day
• USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 2-5 business days* but is necessary for shipping to PO boxes**

*Please note that these shipping timeframes are what is suggested by the carriers. Despite the carriers' assertions, we cannot guarantee these timeframes.

**If you need your purchase by a set date, we strongly recommend that you chose UPS as your carrier.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and could be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, delays by the carrier, supply chain issues, etc.

We ship within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories.
