Who says geese are naughty? Oh knotty. Either way, they are abordable. What a great Easter gift or as a gift for a housewarming, birthday and other celebrations. It would look great in a nursery as well. This collection of embroidered pillows is made in Kashmir, using the traditional hand-craft of chainstitch embroidery known as crewel.

Natural Habitat Co

Shaila developed a passion for Indian textiles when, as a child, she travelled with her mother throughout her home country to observe these great craftsmen at work. This rich history and the enthusiasm of the craftsmen producing these textiles inspired Shaila and her husband Mike to start Natural Habitat. They focus on supporting cottage industries, using natural fibers and being ecologically responsible. We are huge fans of their beautiful quilts, pillows and accessories, their emphasis on handmade items, and Shaila and Mike themselves (and the fact that their warehouse is a mere 30 minutes from our house!)
